Session Fees
In-person counselling – 50 minutes: £90
Online counselling – 50 minutes: £80
Sessions are available on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your needs and preferences. During our initial sessions, we will discuss your goals and agree on an approach that feels right for you.

Payment information
Payment is required in advance of each session to secure your appointment. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

Insurance and broker referrals
I am an approved provider for selected insurance and broker services. If your therapy is funded through an insurer or referral partner, please confirm the details when booking so arrangements can be made accordingly.
Cancellations and rescheduling
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice are subject to the full session fee.
This policy ensures fairness and allows the opportunity to offer appointments to others in need of support.
What to expect from your first session
Your initial session provides an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, explore your goals and ask any questions you may have. It also allows us to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
There is no pressure to commit beyond your first session. This is your space and your decision.
