CBT, EMDR & IPT therapy sessions
All therapy sessions are 50 minutes and can be online or in person. I use specialist healthcare websites such as Whereby or Bilateral Base and they are secure, confidential and easy to use. If you don’t have the space to talk freely at home then you can visit me in person, at the below spaces which have full disabled access., parking, ramp access, lift and toilets.

Pricing
Remote sessions are £80 per 50 minutes and in person sessions at either venue are £90 (to cover the cost of the room). Payment is required to secure your allocated therapy session either via bank transfer or I accept insurance plans with AXA, AVIVA, WPA, BUPA and Vitality.
Cancellation of sessions
Sometimes life happens and we need to cancel. In order to cancel a session 48 hours notice is required. It is policy to charge for any missed or cancelled appointments less than 48 hours in advance at the full fee.
